On a slightly happier note

Look how much my hair has grown in!

They say that after chemo, your hair can grow in a different color or texture. I was really hoping for a different color. As in, no gray. Alas, I do not appear to be so lucky.
Picture courtesy of Brigham. Love how he followed the rule of thirds! And yes, I did photoshop my hair a little to not look so gray.
I do have some pride left.

ditto Amy's comment.
And your hair looks like it's coming in really thick too.

Hey, photoshop isn't the only thing that can make your hair not gray :). The blessings of living in the 21st century... You are beautiful, Gabrielle. Are you going hat free now?

See, this is why I've always wanted to shave my head.

Lovely, as always. I like Naomi's comment about Photoshop not being the only solution. Nice photography, Brigham!

You are all too nice. Thanks for boosting my self-esteem.
Yes, I am very familiar with the chemical ways of ridding one's self of gray hairs. It just seems like such a waste of money when my hair is only half an inch long!

Rachel, I'd be afraid if I shaved my head, that it would grow in all spiky, you know, like a short buzz cut on a boy. 'Cuz of the blunt-cut ends of the hairs. When it grows in from truly being bald, at least it is soft. But maybe it would be if you shaved it, too. I'm not sure. You do have to endure a lot of weird looks from people until it does grow in.

Wow, Frandsen women are so lucky they can pull off super short hair!
You look great, every picture of you is so heartening because you just look better and better.
