Funny, funny, funny

My cousin posted this on her blog and Ben and I laughed SO hard.
It may not be as funny to anyone who wasn't aware of the big BYU v. U of U game last weekend. But it's still so funny, it's worth 3 minutes of your time.
I think it was worth BYU's loss just so someone could make this video. (of course, I'm not much of a college football fan anyway, so that's easy for me to say).

Ok. the joke must be lost on me. The whole time I was watching this I was wondering why your cousin used Hitler as the leader of BYU.

Well, my cousin didn't make the video, just posted it. If you go to Youtube, you'll see several videos using this clip and superimposing various dialogues. So if you go see those, maybe this will be more funny to you. Or maybe not. I do have a sort of twisted sense of humor.

Yes, Caroline, the joke is only funny if you know how devestated a lot of people were that BYU lost to their nemesis, the University of Utah. All of the specific references to players, coaches, and strategies were funny if you knew who they were and what their reputations were, but not that funny without background knowledge. However, if you substituted, oh, USC and UCLA in there, you can get the idea of the direction of the humor. I will admit, however, to asking myself whether or not I should really be laughing at something that was comparing my alma mater to Hitler's Germany :).

How are you Naomi? Hope you're well!

This is hilarious! I about peed my pants! I had to send it to my husband...we both are UTEs, and he watched the game with a slew of BYU fans.
He said he finally stopped cheering for the U out of respect...it was just that sad. :)
