Spring has been here in Austin for a few weeks, but now it is official! I was going to take pictures of the pretty tulips Ben planted along our front walkway, but on Tuesday we had a big hailstorm, and it knocked all the petals off the stems. :-(
It's so nice to watch the sun come up behind the trees with all their new leaves, I just love the luminescent green of new leaves.

love the pics - esp that first one, magazine worthy! Sorry about all the stress/headache of insurance. I can only imagine. That must be a full-time job keeping it all together, documenting, cross-checking and making sure things happen on time. Ben sounds lovely (this is me reading between the lines here) with how much he is doing to keep things moving and being on top of it all. How lucky you are for that!
Beautiful! We're still weeks away from Spring here so it was nice to see those pictures, especially since they are so well done as always!
Bummer! I love tulips! The other pics are still pretty.
