We are having a very sparse bluebonnet season, I think because we had such a dry winter. But we did find a little patch today at the park. I had my camera with me, so I took a few pictures. The boys were not dressed for bluebonnet pictures! But we may not get another chance this season. Pretty flowers, huh?

great pictures! By the way, I think I composed a thank you email to you in my head while playing with the kids or doing dishes or whatever but I never actually sent you one. I have a problem doing that! So this is belated, sorry. But thanks so much for the huge box of clothes you mailed to us, they fit ELijah great and you've probably seen many of the outifts featured in pictures on our blog :) It was so nice of you and saved me a ton of money and time finding summer clothes. I've got to find a way to properly thank you for all the nice things you do for us!!!
That's how I felt last Saturday when Kelly stopped to take bluebonnet pictures, not really being dressed for the occasion. Your pictures still look good.
The sparce season could also be from PICKING the Bluebonnets so that they do not get to seed and come back next year.
